  • Entries open at 00:00 AM (UTC: Coordinated Universal Time) on Monday, March 17, 2008.
  • Entries close at 00:00 AM (UTC) on Thursday, May 1, 2008.
  • Entries will be accepted until 23:59:59 PM (UTC) on Wednesday, April 30, 2008.
Who May Enter
Individuals or groups of individuals who are a legitimate resident of the countries/regions listed below. (Excluding countries/regions where entering to win Grand Prix prizes is legally prohibited.)
Employees of Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
Purchase of a Kawasaki product is not required to enter. Purchasing a Kawasaki product will in no way increase your chance of winning.

■ Minimum Age for Entry and License Requirements
Entrants of a poster (hereinafter referred to as “Entrants”) must be legally able to obtain a license to own and ride a 1,000cc motorbike in the country/region in which they are a legitimate resident. Persons who have not reached the minimum age required to obtain a licence or who cannot obtain a license for any other reason are not eligible to enter the Poster Grand Prix.
In the event that a prize winner is a minor according to the law in his or her country of residence, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required before he or she may be awarded.
How to Enter
■ Member registration
To enter a poster, you must register as a member on the member registration page of the Grand Prix website. When registering, you will be required to input a nickname, your age, gender, country of residence, language, email address and choice of password. You must also agree to the Privacy Policy presented by the Organizer.
■ Poster entry
Only posters entered via the Grand Prix website will be accepted. Entrants will be required to give their name, address, telephone number, confirmation of possession of a license and, if a minor, name of a parent or legal guardian, on the entry form. Rules governing poster production are specified separately in the Poster Requirements. To enter, Entrants must also agree to the Poster Requirements and Disclaimer stipulated by the Organizer. Once your entry has been received, you will be notified via e-mail and issued with a entry number (4 digit number + country of residence).

Overview of Vote
A vote by the general public will be held on the Grand Prix website for posters that make it through the preliminary stage (first round of judging) of the Poster Grand Prix (hereinafter referred to as the “Grand Prix”). Prizes, including but not limited to signed MotoGP team shirts, will be presented as a “Voter’s Participation Award” to 35 participants in the vote (hereinafter referred to as “Voters”) to be selected via lottery.
Voting Period
  • Voting opens at 00:00 AM (UTC: Coordinated Universal Time) on Monday, May 12, 2008.
  • Voting closes at 00:00 AM (UTC) on Sunday, June 8, 2008.
  • Votes will be accepted until 23:59:59 PM (UTC) on Saturday, June 7, 2008.
Who May Vote
Voting is open to legitimate residents of the countries/regions listed below. (Excluding countries/regions where entering to win Grand Prix prizes is legally prohibited.)
Employees of Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. and affiliated companies are not eligible to vote.
Purchase of a Kawasaki product is not required to vote. Purchasing a Kawasaki product will in no way increase your chance of winning. Voting in the Grand Prix signifies that the Voter has agreed to the Disclaimer.

How to Vote
■ Member registration
You must register as a member on the Grand Prix website to participate in the vote. To register, go to the member registration page and fill out the registration form. You will be required to input a nickname, your age, gender, country of residence, language, email address and choice of password. You must also agree to the Privacy Policy presented by the Organizer.
■ Casting a vote
Votes for posters will only be accepted on the voting section of the Grand Prix website.
You must log in using the member ID issued when you registered as a member and your chosen password to access the voting section of the Grand Prix website.
Five posters will be displayed per page on the website. To cast a vote, Voters must select their favorite of the five posters and press send.
Voters may only vote for one poster per page. Posters for which the Voter has voted and posters that were displayed on the same page as posters for which the Voter has voted will not be displayed again when the website is accessed using the same ID. Once Voters have cast the maximum number of votes allowed (the total number of posters divided by five), they cannot vote again. Posters acquire one point every time they receive a vote and the total number of points acquired is taken into account as one of the selection criteria in the final judging process.
