The judging will take various factors into account, such as:- Has Kawasaki’s spirit of challenge been captured?
- Does the poster have originality?
- It is imbued with creativity?
- Number of voting points acquired
A “Supporters Award” will also be presented for the poster that acquires the most points in the vote by the general public. - 〈 Voter’s Participation Award 〉
A lottery will also be held in tandem with the final judging of the Grand Prix to determine 35 prize winners from the voters who cast a vote for their favourite poster. Selection of the prize winners of the Voter’s Participation Award will in no way be influenced by the results of the poster judging, and the probability of winning a prize will not rise depending on which poster you vote for. - [ Prizes ]

MotoGP pair paddock pass to your circuit of choice, anywhere in the world
With a pair of paddock passes, the winner and a guest will be able to enter the Kawasaki Racing Team paddock. The winner will be able to choose from any of the MotoGP races held during the 2008 season.*Costs for transportation to the circuit and accommodation, etc. are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Voter’s Participation Award – 35 Winners Signed MotoGP team shirt, etc
One of the following will be awarded to each of the 35 winners: signed MotoGP team shirt, signed MotoGP t-shirt, Bridgestone Team shirt, MotoGP poster.
*Prizes will be decided by the Organizer.

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) bears no responsibility or liability toward prize winners or candidate prize winners who are unable to take receipt of their prize or use their prize. Prize winners are not entitled to ask the Organizer to substitute their prize in part or full for another prize, transfer their prize to a person other than the prize winner, or redeem their prize in cash. In certain cases, however, a prize of equivalent or higher value may be awarded by the Organizer in place of the original prize. - [ Judging Schedule ]

First round of judging (Grand Prix Preliminary)
March 17 (Monday) –
April 30 (Wednesday), 2008The first step in the judging process will be a closed preliminary selection by a panel of judges appointed by Organizer. The panel of judges will review all posters entered and select those deemed suitable to go onto the Grand Prix.
Posters in violation of the Entry Guidelines / Voting Rules, Judging Criteria, Poster Requirements, Disclaimer or Privacy Policy (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Entry Guidelines, etc.” and posters that are deemed unsuitable by the Organizer will be eliminated at this stage.Second round of judging (Grand Prix)
May 12 (Monday) –
June 7 (Saturday), 2008Posters that pass the preliminary selection will be posted on the Grand Prix website and opened to voting by the general public.
Voting will be held by randomly displaying five posters up for judging on each page of the voting section of the Grand Prix website. A vote may be cast for only one poster per page per member ID. Each time a poster receives a vote, it will acquire one point. The number of points acquired will be taken into account as one of the selection criteria in the final judging.Final judging
Mid June, 2008The final judging will be conducted by a final panel of judges, who will select the prize winners from the entries that made it through to the Grand Prix. - ■ Prize Winner Notification
The Organizer will announce the prize winner of each award from the posters that make it through to the Grand Prix in mid June, 2008. Prize winners will be notified via an e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided when registering as a member.
All prize winners must submit the necessary documentation proving their eligibility for the Grand Prix and personal identification (passport, driver license, etc.) via fax or e-mail to the secretariat within the timeframe stipulated by the Organizer (one week or so). In the event that the prize winner is a minor, the consent and proof of guardianship of a parent or legal guardian is also required.
In the event that the required personal identification is not submitted, the prize winner forfeits his or her qualification and all benefits awarded to prize winners, and a new prize winner will be selected from the remaining entries at the discretion of the Organizer. - ■ Announcement of Prize Winners and Presentation of Awards
Prize winners will be announced on the Grand Prix website. Presentation of awards will take place at the closest Kawasaki distributor or branch office, depending on the country of residence of the prize winners.
