1)Poster Size 728mm horizontally x 515mm vertically
Data size requirements: 5,800 pixels horizontally x 4,100 pixels vertically (resolution: 200dpi) Posters may be produced using your choice of production methods and applications.2)Colour There are no colour requirements and posters may be produced in colour or black and white. However, rules and colour specifications do apply to the use of the Kawasaki Heavy Industries logo, Ninja ZX-RR logo and Kawasaki’s lime green brand colour. 3)File Format Files of poster artwork will only be accepted in the JPEG format.
※Please backup data as you may be asked to resend data for the artwork entered, in part or full, and original data used in the artwork if your entry is chosen as one of the winning posters.
※No artwork (data) entered in the Poster Grand Prix will be returned, regardless of whether it wins an award or not.4)Use of Words and Written Expressions As the Poster Grand Prix is open to entries from multiple countries and the winning posters will ultimately be distributed to countries worldwide for display, words and written expressions that may be used in poster artwork are restricted to the following. - a) Lime Green is "Challenging"

- ■ Use of Design Elements
Entrants may use design elements provided by the Organizer, such as photographs of Kawasaki machines and riders. These design elements can be downloaded from this website. In order to download the design elements, you will be required to enter your member ID and password and to agree to the “Rules of Use for Design Elements”. - <Rules of Use for Design Elements>
1) The design elements may only be used for the purpose of producing posters for entry in the Grand Prix. The Organizer retains the copyright of the design elements. Reproduction, transfer, sale and other secondary use of the design elements for commercial or non-commercial purposes, on the internet, intranet or in any other format, is prohibited without the consent of the Organizer.
2) Pasting a direct link to the images of the design elements on the Grand Prix website is prohibited.
3)The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damages that may occur through the viewing, download or use of the design elements. -
■ Confirmation of Terms of Entry
Posters must be produced in accordance with the Terms of Entry stipulated by the Organizer. Please read the Terms of Entry carefully as posters that violate the Terms of Entry will not be accepted. - <Terms of Entry>
1) Posters entered in the Poster Grand Prix (hereinafter referred to as the “Grand Prix”) must be of the original design of the poster entrant (hereinafter referred to as the “Entrant”). Poster artwork may not use any design elements, in whole or in part, that have been reproduced, copied or plagiarized from another work or material. Posters that have already been entered in another contest or which are otherwise scheduled to be announced are not eligible. Posters that are not considered to be the original work of the Entrant and posters whose originality is questionable will be disqualified.
2) All Entrants shall agree to the following copyright terms.
- Entrants shall hand all rights (including rights provided for under Article 27 and Article 28 of the Copyright Law) for entries (including those that are later disqualified) over to Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) without compensation. In addition, the Organizer shall have the right to use all poster designs entered (including those that are later disqualified), in whole or in part, in any shape or form, in any type of media (including those that already exist and those yet to exist), permanently and limitlessly, anywhere in the world. The Organizer shall also have the right to edit, modify and use all posters entered in whole or in part. Entrants shall not exercise their moral rights with regard to posters entered.
- All winning and non-winning poster designs entered may be edited or modified, in whole or in part, and used in their edited or modified format in advertising, displays, websites, etc. by the Organizer and sponsor companies that sponsor the Grand Prix
- The prior consent of the Organizer must be obtained in the event that the Entrant wishes to post his or her own prize-winning poster on the internet or otherwise wishes to use his or her own work.
- Indecent expressions
- Nudity or sexual expressions
- Disrespectful or vulgar expressions
- Images recognized as the marks or symbols of organized crime syndicates, gangs, etc.
- Certain trademarks, brands, logos and advertising
- Information that can be used to identify an individual, such as motorbike and car number plates, telephone numbers, postal addresses and e-mail addresses, etc.
- Internet addresses (URLs)
- Content that criticizes or harms a specific ethnic group, race, gender or religion
- Content that damages the reputation of another person
- Content that attacks or threatens another person
- Content that infringes upon the rights or property of another person
- Illegal actions or acts
- Actions or acts that violate these Terms of Entry
- All other content, representations, materials and images that the Organizer deems unsuitable or undesirable, or which may be considered unsuitable or undesirable
5) Poster data may only be submitted in JPEG format. Posters that have been automatically generated (through software, robots, programs, scripts, macro, other automatic online systems and text messages, etc.) are not eligible and will be disqualified.
6) In the event that an Entrant violates the Entry Guidelines, etc., the Entrant forfeits his or her rights to object to disqualification, even if disqualification occurs after the poster entered by the Entrant has been selected as a prize winner, and to object to returning the prize in concern if such prize has already been presented to the Entrant by the Organizer.
