■ Agreements with regard to poster entry
1) Poster entrants (hereinafter referred to as “Entrants”) agree to comply with the separately stipulated Poster Requirements, the interpretation of the Poster Requirements made by the organizer, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), and the judgement of the Organizer in relation to all final decisions concerning the Poster Grand Prix (hereinafter referred to as the “Grand Prix”).
2) Entrants waive the following rights toward the Organizer and its agents, employees, directors, executives, successors and assignees, the judges on its preliminary judging panel and final judging panel (hereinafter referred to as “Judges”), and the Grand Prix Secretariat (hereinafter referred to as the “Secretariat”), and exempt the Organizer, Judges and Secretariat from liability.
- All petitions, damages and losses that arise in relation to entering the Grand Prix
- All petitions, damages and losses that arise in relation to the receipt and use of prizes
- Advertising rights, libel, infringement of privacy, infringement of copyright, trademark infringement, and other causes of lawsuits associated with intellectual property rights

■ Agreements with regard to voting
1) Participants in the vote (hereinafter referred to as “Voters”) agree to comply with the separately stipulated Voting Rules, the interpretation of the Voting Rules made by the Organizer, and the judgement of the Organizer in relation to all final decisions concerning the Grand Prix.
2) Voters waive the following rights toward the Organizer and its agents, employees, directors, executives, successors and assignees, the Judges involved in the judging and the Secretariat, and exempt the Organizer, Judges and Secretariat from liability.
- All petitions, damages and losses that arise in relation to voting in the Grand Prix
- All petitions, damages and losses that arise in relation to the receipt and use of prizes
- Advertising rights, libel, infringement of privacy, infringement of copyright, trademark infringement, and other causes of lawsuits associated with intellectual property rights

■ Agreements with regard to judging and lottery
1) Application of the judging criteria, determination of the posters that pass the preliminary judging stage and determination of the prize-winning posters shall take place at the sole discretion of the Judges during the first round of judging and final judging, and the Organizer and Judges shall be exempt from all liability within the range permissible by law.
2) The judges on the final judging panel shall take the number of voting points acquired into account when determining the prize-winning posters during the final judging, but the final decision of the prize-winning posters shall be made at the sole discretion of the Judges.
3) Entrants and Voters agree to waive their right to raise any petitions against the Organizer and Judges in relation to the judging, lottery and award process, regardless of whether the Entrant or Voter is a prize winner or not.
4) The Organizer reserves the right to change the timing of announcement of the prize winners and extend or shorten the term of the Grand Prix at its sole discretion.
5) The Organizer reserves the right to withhold the prizes, at its sole discretion, if there are no entries deemed to fulfil the minimum requirements based on the judging criteria.

■ Other disclaimers
1) The Organizer accepts no liability for inaccurate entry information and voting, whether or not caused by this website http://www.kawasaki-challenge.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Grand Prix website”) or the programming of the said website, and whether or not caused by human error in processing entries in the Grand Prix or accepting votes.
2) The Organizer accepts no liability for the following problems or combination of the following problems caused by entering or voting in the Grand Prix, or by any downloading performed in relation to the Grand Prix.
- Damage to the computer of the Entrant or another person
- Failures and technical malfunctions of any kind of telephone network, telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer devices or software, e-mail or player trouble caused by technical problems, and congestion on the internet or websites
3) The Organizer accepts no liability for misprints and other errors on the Grand Prix website and in printed material.
4) In the event that the Grand Prix cannot be continued according to original plan due to special circumstances, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, end or suspend the Grand Prix, or change its content.
5) In the event that the Grand Prix ends before the time that was initially announced due to special circumstances, notification will be given on the Grand Prix website and prize winners may be selected and awarded from poster entries and voters valid at a point in time determined by the Organizer.
6) The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the following individuals and groups at its sole discretion.
- Individuals and groups who have tampered with the processing of posters or votes entered in the Grand Prix or who have tampered with the operation of the Grand Prix
- Individuals and groups who have violated the separately stipulated Poster Requirements and Voting Rules
- Individuals and groups who have taken action contrary to the principle of sportsmanship or have taken destructive action
- Individuals and groups who have intentionally disturbed, threatened or harassed another person
- Individuals and groups who have provided inaccurate information on the legal statements submitted in relation to the Grand Prix
7) Acts of intentional damage to the Grand Prix website or harm to the legitimate operation of the Grand Prix website by individuals or groups are an offense under criminal law and civil law, and the Organizer reserves the right to seek the maximum penalty recognized by the law against such individuals or groups in the event that the said acts are committed.
All disputes relating to the Grand Prix shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Japan under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in Japan. All Entrants and Voters shall waive all rights to object to the district and court of jurisdiction and shall comply with the decisions of the court.
8) Entrants and Voters agree to absolve the Organizer of all liabilities that arise in connection with the Grand Prix and waive all rights to raise petitions, litigation and legal procedures against the Organizer. Entrants and Voters hereby acknowledge that the Organizer assumes no responsibility, for practical or legal purposes, for any guarantees or assurances made, either explicitly or implicitly, in connection with the prize-winning.
