Information (including personal information) provided when entering a poster for the Poster Grand Prix (hereinafter referred to as the “Grand Prix”) or entering a vote shall be used for the purpose of communicating various matters concerning the judging of the Grand Prix awards, the Voter’s Participation Award lottery, and announcement of the prize winners and delivery of prizes. All personal information provided shall be managed and used in a suitable manner by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. The personal information of Entrants and Voters shall not be disclosed or presented to any third party, except the Kawasaki distributors or branches involved in the Grand Prix, without the consent of the Entrant or Voter. (Except in cases where the Organizer is legally required to make disclosure).
